At Wigsuly, we are based in the United States and primarily serve US customers. However, if you are placing an order from outside the US, please read the following information carefully.

Domestic Orders (United States)

All orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs fees or import taxes. Applicable sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state.

International Orders

If we ship to your country, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Wigsuly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
