Return & Refund Policy

At Wigsuly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not have been altered, styled, or washed
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs or hair pieces that have been worn, styled, or altered
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, length, or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
